The practical constraint is the village, not the mountain. Port de Sóller’s streets are narrow and its central square is closed to vehicles in season, so the driver drops you at the edge and the last few hundred metres are on foot with the bike. Ask specifically where the drop-off is; “the hotel” is often not reachable by van, and that is fine, but you should know before you arrive. Operators with mountain experience are the norm here because the valley is their daily work.

Prices are indicative estimates, not quotes. Licensed taxis charge the regulated meter fare; private operators quote per vehicle. Confirm the vehicle, the case count and the meeting point before you fly.
Allow 75 to 90 minutes. The route is about 55 km, but the Ma-10 through the valley is slower than the distance suggests.
Not always. The old streets and the seasonal pedestrian square limit vehicle access, so most drivers drop passengers and bikes at the edge of the village.
A pre-booked transfer carries your bike and luggage; the public bus does not take assembled bikes or a hard case, so a bus means two taxis and a bus. For the same base, see cycling hotels in soller and the full hotel directory. Our airport transfer guide covers how to choose the vehicle.
