Coll de sa Batalla rewards a different kind of photograph from its big neighbours: light through trees rather than exposed hairpins. The climb is tagged shaded, sheltered and consistent, so the best frames are riders in dappled light on the steady 5.5% of the MA-2130, with the slope falling away behind them. At the top, the col itself is a quick summit shot before the wide, easy descent toward Lluc. If you are combining it with Sa Calobra or Puig Major, this is the place to take the quieter, greener images in a day of rocky ones.
