They organize marathons for thousands of people, but run out of water for more than half of the participants at three of the four designated points. Reckless recklessness almost ended in a nasty incident or worse.

As race organizers, you made poor preparations regarding aid stations (no water or any other type of beverage) for races held at 5:30 pm in very high temperatures. It bordered on recklessness.
