- Bike-specific business
Santanyí is the service town for the south-east corner, and this page maps each pharmacy we hold with its address, phone number where one is published and the opening hours recorded for it. Locations come from OpenStreetMap, ratings and hours from Google Places, and the date below is our last review of the page. Duty cover is a separate question, answered by COFIB.
Open now is one shop’s own timetable: the hours in its listing, checked against the current local time in Mallorca (Europe/Madrid). Where we hold no hours the listing says so rather than inventing a schedule, and hours change without OpenStreetMap or Google being told.
On duty is the rota — farmacia de guardia, farmàcia de guàrdia in Catalan. Which pharmacy covers the municipality on a given day is set and published by COFIB, the Balearic pharmacists’ association, and that is what governs cover at night, on a Sunday and over a holiday. COFIB reserves its content, so we link the rota rather than copy it.
Santanyí is a compact sandstone town built around its square, and the listings are in the centre and on the roads leading out of it. On a bike that is convenient: everything is within a couple of hundred metres, and you are on the through-road anyway.
The municipality, though, runs down to the coast, and the coves are the part that catches people out. Cala Figuera, Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyí and the roads out to Mondragó are all short, sharp detours from the town, and they are holiday settlements rather than service centres. The same is true of the run south-west towards Ses Salines and the cape. If you are heading to any of them, deal with it in Santanyí first. See everything mapped in Santanyí for cyclists, or the island-wide picture at pharmacies in Mallorca.
A pharmacy is a supply stop, not a clinic. We do not describe what any of these hold, sell or advise, and nothing here is medical advice — that belongs at the counter. What matters on the bike is the line between an inconvenience and an emergency: a crash with loss of consciousness, a suspected fracture, heavy bleeding, chest pain or heat collapse is 112, and the details worth having ready are on our emergency contacts page. For the ordinary mid-ride needs, see water refill points in Santanyí and public toilets in Santanyí.
The site is published in Spanish and Catalan and has no data feed behind it, so open it on your phone in the moment.

Use the map view and let the browser supply your position, then read the address — the municipality includes the coastal settlements, so the nearest listing may still be back up in the town. Each entry carries the address, the phone number where one is published and the hours we hold.
Check COFIB’s duty rota filtered to the municipality. We do not reproduce or cache it: COFIB reserves its content, and down in this corner of the island a stale rota can mean a 20 km round trip for nothing.
Read the hours on the individual listing, then confirm with COFIB’s open-pharmacies view or the duty rota, which governs cover once ordinary hours end. We make no claim about Sunday or holiday patterns here — check them at the time.
Locations come from OpenStreetMap, ratings and hours from Google Places, refreshed when the dataset is rebuilt; the date under the answer above is our last review. Treat the hours as a strong hint and the phone number as the confirmation.
