Water refill points in Esporles
Esporles has a small set of mapped water points: a few street taps through the village plus one named font, the font de Son Tries de Dalt, just west of the centre. For a road ride it is the practical last fill on the inland approach before you turn onto the coast road towards Banyalbufar or climb up to Valldemossa.
The village taps are the ones to use if you are riding through. They sit close to the road and cost you almost nothing in time. The font de Son Tries de Dalt is off to the west of the centre, so it is a stop you plan rather than one you stumble into — worth it if your route already goes that way, an unnecessary detour if you are heading straight up the main road.

There is no water-quality field in this dataset, so the page will not tell you a given point is potable — only that it is mapped as a public drinking-water point. Judge it in front of you, and be more cautious with a rural font than with a village tap: skip anything with a smell, visible growth or standing water in the basin. Where is the font de Son Tries de Dalt relative to the main road?
West of the village centre rather than on the through route, so reaching it means leaving your line for a short stretch. It suits a loop that already runs out that side of Esporles. If you are climbing straight through towards the coast road, one of the village taps costs you far less.
Is there water between Esporles and Banyalbufar or Valldemossa?
Not in any mapped, dependable form. Those roads are exposed and village-to-village, and your realistic next water is a bar or a village square at the far end. Fill both bottles in Esporles and treat what follows as a dry section, especially in the afternoon heat.
