Water refill points in Llucmajor
Llucmajor has very few mapped water points, and two of them are recorded at IES S’Arenal — a school, so the tap sits on institutional ground rather than on the street. That leaves one public point in the town itself. On the exposed roads of the south, plan Llucmajor as a fill you might not get.
That is worth saying plainly, because the riding around here punishes an empty bottle. The Ma-6014 out along Cap Blanc is long, treeless and windy; the run inland towards Campos and Porreres has almost no shade; and the short, sharp Puig de Randa above the town is the kind of climb you do not want to start dry. The dataset has no water-quality field, so this page will not tell you a given point is potable — only that it is mapped as a public drinking-water point. Judge it on the spot: skip a spout that smells odd, is taped or covered, or sits in standing water. For mains water quality in the municipality, the Ajuntament de Llucmajor is who to ask.
Can I use the taps at IES S’Arenal?
The dataset records that they exist and that they are wheelchair-accessible. It does not record access, hours or whether the grounds are public, and we will not invent any of that. If you find the tap reachable from outside, fine; if not, ride on rather than going onto school property.
Is there water out on the Cap Blanc road or towards Campos?
Nothing mapped. Both are long, open and hot, and the realistic next water is a bar in the next village. Leave Llucmajor with both bottles full and treat the coast road as a completely dry section, especially into a headwind in the afternoon.
