These guys were great. I stayed at Zafiro Palace Alcudia and Xavi was really response over email and a great communicator. I had an issue with my bike and the swapped it over night so that a new one was ready the following morning. Would 100% use again. (see picture of bike)

I recently rented a road bike for the IM70.3. I was staying in the Zafiro Tropic and the rental was in the hotel grounds so it worked perfectly. The bike was in excellent condition and was ready for collection on schedule. I had a few adjustments to make and the guys in the shop helped me get set up. Zavi was very helpful in advance by email when I had a few questions as I wanted to be certain all was in order for the race. Great value also. Happy to recommend

Contacted them to rent a bike during my stay. Never had from them (neither positive nor negative). No bike when I showed up. No remorse. Don't go there.
