Fantastic experience! Rafa, the shop owner, was incredibly kind and helpful, he recommended some amazing routes around the area and made sure we had everything we needed. The shop has a great selection of well-maintained bikes to choose from. Highly recommend!

If I could, I would give -5 points!!! We went there because they had 5-star reviews. Don't make the same mistake as we did! The scooter we received had a missing brake, numerous scratches, and a fuel tank that was only half full. It was quite bold of the company to contact us today, claiming that we were responsible for the damage to the scooter. Fortunately, we have photographic evidence to the contrary! They were seeking to charge us 80 euros. I'm pissed!

I rented a bike from this agency during my stay in Mallorca, and I highly recommend their service! The staff was friendly, professional, and gave great advice on choosing the right bike based on my level and the routes I wanted to explore. - Helmet requirements for cyclists in MallorcaOn interurban roads a helmet is compulsory. Three narrow exemptions — long climbs, extreme heat, accredited medical reasons — still apply until 30 September 2026 and disappear on 1 October 2026. In town, only riders under 16.
- Bike lights and reflective gear required at nightWhite front light and red rear light from sunset to sunrise, in tunnels and in low visibility. On interurban roads a reflective garment visible at 150 m is required too.
- E-bikes: 25 km/h, 250 W, pedal-assist onlyEPACs up to 25 km/h and 250 W of continuous motor power count as bicycles. Faster or throttle-controlled e-bikes need registration, insurance, a helmet and a driving licence.
