Helmet requirements for cyclists in MallorcaOn interurban roads a helmet is compulsory with no exemptions since 1 October 2026 (the long-climb, extreme-heat and medical exceptions ended). In town, only riders under 16 and people who ride professionally. Bike lights and reflective gear required at nightWhite front light and red rear light from sunset to sunrise, in tunnels and in low visibility.
