We rented road bikes for a day at the end of the season (end of October) and were completely satisfied. Since the weather forecast was a bit worse for the rental day, we asked the mechanic if we could spontaneously rent them a day earlier. This was no problem at all (due to the end of the season). Many thanks to the mechanic for the friendly advice and the bike setup. Because one of the bikes from the previous rental was broken, we received a better road bike at no extra charge. Overall, both bikes were in top condition and rode wonderfully. We would definitely rent our bikes here again. Highly recommended.

My stay in Mallorca was truly made a highlight by Philipp’s Bike Team in Alcudia. From the very first moment, the service was absolutely professional, friendly, and perfectly organized. Everything was just right – it couldn't have been better! I'd especially like to commend the team in the workshop: Markus, the head mechanic, is a real expert in his field. With his calm and competent manner, he immediately made me feel that my bike was in the best hands. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and has an incredible eye for detail. You can tell right away that he's passionate about what he does. Willi was also incredibly helpful – always friendly, cheerful, and with an open ear for every question. His tips on routes, settings, and minor adjustments to the bike were invaluable. Thanks to him, every day on the bike was a pleasure. Marco, also a mechanic at Philipp’s Bike Team, did a fantastic job as well. Fast, meticulous, and personable – a true professional who knows exactly what's important. The entire atmosphere in the shop is warm and welcoming. Whether it's for pickup, return, or just a quick stop – you always feel welcome and well taken care of. The bikes are in top condition, perfectly maintained, and can be individually adjusted upon request. I can wholeheartedly recommend Philipp's Bike Team and am already looking forward to my next visit. Many thanks to Markus, Willi, Marco, and the entire team – you guys are fantastic!

I was in Mallorca from September 17th to 24th, 2025, and rented a road bike from Philipp's Biketeam. The road bike was equipped with a high-quality Ultegra Di2 drivetrain and was in perfect technical condition. I also participated in two guided tours, which I really enjoyed. My special thanks go to our bike guide Sepp, who led us competently and safely. Sepp knew the truly beautiful back roads and paths through impressive scenery and also had good contacts with the people in the local cafés, etc. I will be participating in tours with Philipp's Biketeam again next year and am really looking forward to it.
