  Lovely staff, wonderful vibes, excellent cuisine at Neni's, perfect location, a very different hotel full of little details and treasures (music, decoration, books, amenities, plants & herbs everywhere). Great yoga class with lovely Katharina! And another very special service included: clients of the hotel get the opportunity to discover the surroundings by e-Bike. Only the pool was not heated yet, being beginning of the season, so therefore very refreshing. Definitely a fantastic place to disconnect and feel a little closer to Paradise 🥰

  We loved the decor. Very bohemian. The staff was kind and helpful and went above and beyond. The rooms are tiny, but well decorated. The views are beautiful of the mountains and water. Bear in mind if you walk down to get dinner, you will have burned off every calorie you consumed on your walk back! My legs were so sore. The stairs are steep! The hotel is on a mountain, hence the name. I do not recommend staying here the whole time and parking is impossible, the streets are narrow and it is terrifying to drive through them. However, it was fun, but getting around it difficult if you want to leave the resort. I recommend taking the tram and train to Sóller and from Sóller to Palma. We took a bus to Palma and a bus back. It was fun and easy. The Israeli restaurant is delicious and the breakfast buffet is to die for.

  This Hotel is stylish, cozy, friendly and I felt welcome, comfortable and at ease right away. The person at the reception was super helpful, my room is beautiful and there is a lot of love in detail (actually in the whole hotel). Breakfast is amazing, the buffet is fresh and super appealing, food of great quality. I enjoy hanging out at the pool so much. The water temperature is perfect, there is free waterstations. Then a highlight was definateöy the full body massage with Roberto. I felt in such good hands. He found my triggerpoints and also the massage was super relaxing. If you get the chance don't miss it for sure!!
