  Where do I even begin? My wife and I spent the first week of our honeymoon at this heavenly hotel, and let me tell you — it set the bar so high, every future vacation is probably doomed to disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty — not the stiff, formal kind, but the cool, relaxed, "sip-Cava-by-the-pool" kind. We were welcomed with a honeymoon letter and a chilled bottle of Cava. Cheers to Swetlana!! The interior of the hotel is something out of a design magazine — elegant without trying too hard, luxurious without screaming "look at me!" Every corner is Instagram-worthy, but you'll be too relaxed to even bother with your phone. The staff? Angels. Warm, attentive, and somehow always there just when you need something — like perfectly timed ninjas of hospitality. And the bed. Oh, the bed. I have no idea what kind of cloud-wizardry went into selecting that mattress, but it was hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The pool was pure bliss, and the entire vibe of the place was effortlessly exclusive, without ever feeling snobbish. To sum it up: if you're looking for the perfect romantic getaway, look no further. We arrived as newlyweds and left as well-rested, mildly spoiled hotel connoisseurs with absurdly high standards for all future travels.

  It's been almost 3 months since I visited this hotel, however, out of respect and gratitude for the services we were provided, I kept the hotel manager's business card in my wallet until now, when I finally get to thank them officially for saving my vacation back in June '25. I won't go into the details, but I will say this - we ended up staying at this hotel for double the duration we had originally planned for, got a room upgrade in the process, got consistently excellent services throughout and mr Melis and his staff made us feel most welcome at all times. I definitely recommend the hotel for its top tier services, fabulous and thoughtful design and proximity to local points of interest, as well as a balanced cost vs. services provided. Thank you mr. Melis , and thank you to your front desk staff for ensuring our visit to Mallorca was truly memorable for the right reasons.

  Unforgettable stay at our favorite hotel! This is our second time staying at Hotel Creu de Tau Art & Spa, and once again we felt completely at home. The service is exceptional, the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The food is absolutely delicious , especially dinner at the restaurant are a real culinary delight. Every dish is refined and full of flavor. A huge thank you to Antonio, the hotel director, for his incredible attention, warmth, and care. He and the entire team create an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again. The pool area, surrounded by fragrant lavender, is a separate kind of relaxation pure bliss. We are sure we’ll be back again! Thank you to the entire hotel team for your warmth and top-level service. ❤️
