I stayed at this hotel in July for 5 nights and overall, it’s a very beautiful place. Breakfast was lovely & relaxing . The rooms were a decent size & were kept clean. The pool was nice, but was so busy at times and very difficult to find a sun lounger everyday. People kept leaving towels everywhere which was frustrating. Waiting for someone to serve you was ridiculous at times. Sometimes you would be ignored. I didn’t find the staff particularly talkative or friendly. The service was okay, nothing special, and I felt that a lot of things were quite overpriced for what you actually get. To me, it felt like a low 4 star hotel rather than what it’s presented as. The hotel and the views are gorgeous though. The best part of the hotel is definitely the location , you’re right next to the beach, restaurants, and plenty of shops, which made getting around super easy and enjoyable. We did have a good stay overall, but honestly, we had more fun outside the hotel than inside. There wasn’t much interaction or atmosphere within the hotel itself. Because of that, I don’t think I would stay here again, but I’d still say it’s a good option for the convenience of the location.

Me and my partner had 5 nights staying here and it was nowhere near long enough! The hotel is amazing and is a historic building that is beautiful to look at! All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for you. We personally chose to spend most of our days in the Spa area which has great facilities and a quiet, peaceful area to sunbathe and relax. Although we had a problem with our AC system that we found after returning from our evening meal, a quick call down to reception and the man on reception was with us within minutes, provided us with a quick fix for the night and then ensured the technician came first thing in the morning (which he did) the problem was sorted with no inconvenience to us and then we returned to our room to a complimentary bottle of fizz with a lovely note attached apologising for any inconvenience that had been caused. This highlight to us that this is a fantastic hotel with great values and they are a team that are dedicated to making your holiday as great as it can be!! We will 10000% be booking another visit here!❤️
