We stayed during the low season in the middle of december. Pashang and Pedro were really lovely and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the location is fantastic for anyone wanting quick access to the Tramuntana mountains. We didn't cycle but might do next time and hotel caters for cyclist with secure bike storage and workshop. Great breakfast with wonderful freshly made eggs and pancakes. Highly rexommended!

My husband and I had the most amazing stay here! The hotel was absolutely beautiful , the interior and décor had such an authentic Mallorcan feel, it really captured the essence of the island. Only downside is wish the beds were larger. The location was perfect, it made it so easy for us to explore different parts of Mallorca without any hassle. What really made our stay special was the staff. They were so kind and accommodating, especially in helping us find halal food options and even arranging halal choices for breakfast. It honestly meant so much to us and made us feel really welcomed and cared for.

We had a lovely four day stay at the hotel. The service staff were top notch and very accommodating for our little family. They had a crib in the room and high chair available at the breakfast. The only issue came with how our payment was processed. Our stay was billed using Dynamic Currency Conversion without our authorization, resulting in a five percent markup on the total. This was ultimately resolved by disputing it with my credit card but a bit of a headache. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to others. Caimari is a lovely little town to visit.
