I can't download the app, because it's not available in my country. But right now I'm in Palma.

Terrible service. There are hardly any bikes available; the electric ones are like unicorns, impossible to find. And if you do find an electric one, it's because the motor doesn't work. The maintenance is awful, absolutely deficient. And the only solution the Palma city council can think of is to raise the price of season tickets. Shameful.

Terrible service from the city council. The bikes are falling apart, with no brakes, rusty chains, seats that keep slipping, flat tires, no bell, and broken docking stations that don't lock properly. And then, of course, they send you a fine for exceeding the free rental time and something else they probably overlooked... not to mention the empty stations during peak hours... it's a disgrace! We users pay for a service that isn't being provided properly. I've sent numerous emails complaining, but they've ignored me. I just hope I don't have an accident because the brakes fail or something else happens due to the appalling maintenance, because I'll be doing everything I can to get it. I've attached photos of the empty stations or the broken bikes that can't be used at 8:00 in the morning.
