I came there before my ride in emergency with a cracking bike. They took care of it while mech was not there. Excellent service and very nice. The kind of shop that makes riding even more fun.

Betrayer (avoid if possible, clear reasoning bellow): OK guys. I went to the place to get some cycling gloves. Guy was nice, I thought: you are my dealer for Mallorca now. You always need a mechanic for some stuff cycling a lot right? Due to transport in airplane, I had minor issues with rear shifter. Fixed in 5 Minutes at my dealer at home. Asked him to adjust the shifter, he "simulated" trying. Then the recommendation: Can't fix it, all is worn off, you need appintment to change rear sprocket, front sprocket chain and rear de-railor. Truth, Facts: Chain is a Dura Ace 7900, I put on myself 7 days!! before. Brandnew. CS-7900, with max. 500 kilometer on it. Front crank - forgot to say: updated 2 years ago DA 9100 - max 2000 km. Rear Dereailler: yes, old. Ultegra 6700 maybe 5k+ km. The issue was not even a wrong setting of the shifting but a lose screw tightening the rear derailler to the frame. So for those of you, who know what these components cost and how available they are? Amigos..... avoid the betrayer.
