What a guy! Came in with a loose crank because of a completely rotten bottom bracket. He changed it within minutes, offered me a spare bike. I couldn’t organize a spare bb (special fsa stuff, def my fault), so we decided to put the old one back. He serviced everything even after closing time. To make it short, it’s somehow working and even with no word spanish we managed this emergency.
