I've been to this hotel several times but this is the first visit since the upgrade to 4* . Rooms are compact but functional. I found the bed very comfortable, I suppose it's a personal thing. The staff are great and service was excellent. We had an issue with noise on our floor even after requesting a quiet room but the hotel staff resolved this quickly the best they could and moved us. It was lovely to see the maitre d, Pepe, again after so many years. Pool scene great and no issues with getting sunbeds at any time of the day. For hotel buffet, great food choices too. Didn't watch the evening entertainment, it started too late for us but overall a great hotel in a good location very close to the beach.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff truly made our experience special from start to finish. A huge thank you to Aldana, Selma, and Steve at the front desk always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Aldana and Selma in particular went above and beyond, showing exceptional efficiency and care in everything they did. They truly made a difference to our stay. Toni, the head manager at breakfast and dinner, runs the dining service perfectly; he and his team made every meal a pleasure. Special mentions as well to Marga and Martha, the lovely waitresses, and to Ousmane and Valentine. The hotel was spotless, thanks to the hardworking cleaners especially Katrina (or Catalina), the short one, who was always smiling and efficient. The whole team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at this hotel in August 2025 for 6 nights. I would like to share both the positives and negatives that we experienced. Cons • The air conditioning was very weak. On hot days, the room was far from cool, which made afternoons uncomfortable. • There is no parking near the hotel - we had to leave the car on the roadside. • No complimentary water is provided at dinner. Drinks must be purchased, and even at breakfast the juices tasted watered down and of poor quality. • No kettle or even glasses in the room to pour water, which was probably the biggest inconvenience for us. • The internet connection was very poor. We stayed on the top floor where Wi-Fi didn’t reach, and mobile reception was also weak. • The TV had no internet access (no Netflix, no YouTube) — only local channels. Honestly, it felt useless. • Bar staff spoke very limited English, which sometimes made communication difficult. • Many things come with an extra charge: safe, kettle, use of the microwave, pool towels - and the prices were not cheap. • Although the rooms were not very spacious (we stayed in larger rooms at lower-rated hotels before) Pros • Convenient location: the airport shuttle bus stops right in front of the hotel. • The pool area was spacious and clean, with enough sunbeds for everyone despite the number of guests. The poolside restrooms were always clean as well. • The food was generally very good and diverse. Breakfast was the same every day but offered enough options. Dinner changed daily during our stay, with a wide selection of dishes - most of them delicious. The dessert variety was impressive. • Rooms have a small fridge, which was very handy. • Housekeeping was excellent - our room was cleaned every day. • There is a luggage storage room available free of charge, as well as lockers (at €2), which was very convenient. Final thoughts Overall, I would say the price is slightly too high for what the hotel offers. I am not entirely sure if I would return, but our stay was still enjoyable because we spent most of the time outside the hotel. We had no issues with noise or poor soundproofing, which I saw mentioned in other reviews. We stayed in the last room on the floor and, as far as we could tell, had no direct neighbors - it was perfectly quiet. As for the evening entertainment, different performers were scheduled every night, but in our opinion the program was rather boring and seemed more suitable for an older audience. We only stopped by once for about 10 minutes. Finally, I would like to thank the staff for their work and hospitality during our stay
