We rented the Villa : El Torre. We imagined to stay in the third floor on top of the tower and hoped to have a good view and sit there in the evening and be happy. But because of the pigeons living on the top we could not use the stairs to Go up because of the pigeon‘s dirt. They tried to clean it but every day the dirt was back again. So our advice for all new guests take a cheaper Villa our room in this very beautiful resort and enjoy the surrounding without pigeon‘s dirt.

A somewhat unusual hotel ad inland near the small town of Compos. Our room, a Junior Suite, was quirky and really cool. It could have done with having a bath as well as a shower. Some of the standard rooms looked quite small. The reception is not manned 24/7 and even during the normal working day it was often unoccupied and you were expected to use WhatsApp to make contact. The pool is very small and the pool bar (the only bar at the hotel) was only open for a few hours a day and closed around 530pm The restaurant was a pretty basic structure and was sweltering at breakfast time. The breakfast choices were limited to say the least. The evening menu was really good however and foodies will love the choices and quality of the food. The grounds were sort of impressive with lots of bits of art dotted here and there although there was no coherent theme - it felt like things had been collected and just scattered around the grounds. The local town had little to offer and nearest restaurants were about 15 min drive away. On the plus side this meant they were full of locals and not the usual tourist traps. If you are staying here you definitely need a car.

Our stay at Es Revellar Art Resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a tranquil, dreamlike atmosphere that made it feel like time had slowed down. This adults-only (+16) gem is a true sanctuary for those seeking peace, beauty, and a touch of artistic soul. The breakfast was a delightful highlight each morning—fresh, beautifully presented, and enjoyed in the most idyllic surroundings. Whether savoring local fruits, pastries, or freshly prepared eggs, every bite was a pleasure. The garden is a masterpiece in itself. Wandering through the lush, art-filled landscape felt like walking through a living gallery—serene, green, and full of hidden surprises at every turn. It’s clear that so much love and care has gone into every detail. Our room was both elegant and cozy, with tasteful decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. Waking up to birdsong and sunlight filtering through the trees was the perfect start to each day. And then there's the pool—peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature. We spent hours lounging in the sun, reading, swimming, and simply soaking in the calm. The staff were warm, discreet, and always attentive, making us feel truly cared for without ever being intrusive. Es Revellar isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to breathe, dream, and reconnect with yourself. We left with full hearts, rested souls, and a promise to return. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a luxurious escape into beauty and serenity.
