  We have just had an amazing few days staying here and would love to come back again at some point! The staff are great, very helpful. We were upgraded to a larger room which was fab, although I imagine the smaller rooms would also be nice. The sea view and extra room was appreciated though. Check in was easy and you get a welcome drink. We were able to book a transfer via the hotel too, and check out was good. Another cool thing was the little robot that delivers the room service - I was obsessed with it. The bed was comfortable and large. The bathroom had plenty of space for two people getting ready, which my wife and I sometimes struggle with both being women and needing room to spread out our makeup. The pool was lovely and quiet, with plenty of room for a dip and relax. There is a rooftop with a hot tub and gym which looked amazing, but we didn't really have time to use it. Location was great, right on the beach and a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. It was a little loud outside the first night, so I would advise bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

  Overall, it was a lovely stay. Right next to the beach. The staff are super friendly and helpful and always trying to accommodate your needs. The breakfast is great. They also have a pool, sauna, and a jacuzzi available for all guests to use, which were all awesome. However, there are minor things that can be improved such as the rooftop which has the sauna and jacuzzi, it’s a bit outdated but is definitely a great spot to watch the sunset. Also, the rooms are very clean and well maintained, but also have a few details that feel outdated. But we would definitely stay again!

  Hands down the best hotel in Port de Sóller. Lovely in every way and a fantastic use of technology (with robot delivered room service!). The staff couldn’t have been warmer and more welcoming, in particular Africa got us an amazing last minute booking in the suite! Thank you all.
