Great staff, small rooms. Super friendly and attentive staff (Stefania, Patricia) who surprised me with classy thoughtful, birthday celebrations. Hotel has AM sun and afternoons in the shade, on the quieter end of the Port and w easy access to beach, restaurants. The hotel’s public spaces have been refreshed, however the rooms are small and a bit tired. The room generous terrace was a welcome space given the smaller room proportions, a bit overpriced. Locked bike room was conveniently located inside hotel by the main entrance.

Booking via the hotels homepage is quite simple. The confirmation is sendt emmidiately. But after a day they send an offer to choose a peticular room for additional costs, I‘m a bit puzzeld what to do and what basement room we might get if we don‘t add more money. Seems a bit odd to me.

Have been to Port Soller many times but this was our first stay at Pure Salt and we loved it. The location looking over the bay is lovely, and it’s so nice for breakfast and dinner. We had a Mountain View room which was fine, balcony was a little small but we had lovely neighbours so weren’t bothered by the lack of privacy although with different neighbours this might not be the case. The only other slight niggle was the shower cubicle which was quite small. Having read other reviews the room was as expected - small but clean, plenty of towels, and the best fridge which actually cooled things down. We had complimentary water on arrival but it would be good to have one every day. We were half board and the food was excellent. Fabulous buffet breakfast and a la carte evening meals. My husband was ill during our holiday and the staff were brilliant, particularly housekeeping. The pool area is really nice with a great wee bar and it was good to be able to get clean pool towels every day. We had a lovely welcome from Mia on reception and the restaurant staff were all so friendly and helpful. Lorena, Victor Hugo, Daniel, Patricia, Estefania and Jonas - thank you for looking after us so well and apologies to those whose names I’ve missed. We had the best stay and will definitely come back.
