This is one of the best pharmacies in Palma! Simply put, Pau, a pharmacist who speaks four languages, helped me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain everything to me with kindness and care. I was very ill, and now I'm feeling much better. He always greets me with a smile, and if I need medication or advice, I know where to go! We converse in English, and he has some knowledge of French since he speaks fluent Italian. 🍀 In short, I only have one thing to say: if you want to be welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and care, you know where to go! 🍀🙏🏻🌱

Customer service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've been treated with such a bad attitude at this pharmacy. On several occasions, the employees have been unfriendly, and today I was served by a young man who seemed completely unmotivated. He didn't even acknowledge my greeting until I repeated it. I believe customer service should be more cordial and professional. It would be good if they improved this aspect, as customer service is a fundamental part of pharmacy operations. I've lived across the street from this pharmacy for about five years and only go there when absolutely necessary. They always treat you as if you're asking for free; they rarely seem to want to work. It's unbelievable that such young people are already burnt out and unfit to serve patients.

This is the second time I've been there and they refuse to serve me in Spanish, they only answered me in Catalan, the staff were very unhelpful, I won't be back.
