For a rider that means roughly one usable stop in town, on a plain where shade is scarce and the next village is a long way off.
That is the honest read, and it should change how you ride out of here. The roads east to Porto Cristo and the Cales, south towards Felanitx and Sant Salvador, and northwest across the plain towards Petra are all open, hot and quiet. None of them has mapped public water. Whatever Manacor gives you is what you are carrying until the next village square or bar.
Duplicated records are worth understanding rather than being annoyed by. Volunteer mapping produces near-duplicates all the time, and this map shows what the data says instead of quietly merging them. Practically: do not count two entries at the same coordinates as two chances.

Is the water at these points drinkable?
The dataset has no water-quality field, so this page will not tell you a given point is potable, only that it is mapped as a public drinking-water point. Judge it in front of you: skip a spout that smells odd, is taped or covered, or sits in standing water. For mains water quality in the municipality, the Ajuntament de Manacor is who to ask.
Why do two entries look like the same place?
Because they very likely are. Two records within a metre of each other is the signature of the same fountain added twice by different mappers. We show the data as it stands rather than silently merging it, but plan on one fixture, not two.
Is there water on the roads out of Manacor?
Nothing mapped towards Porto Cristo, Felanitx or across the plain to Petra. These are exposed roads with long gaps between villages, so fill both bottles before you leave and treat a bar in the next village as your realistic next water rather than a fountain.
