Booked bike hire from Clips as we were already staying at the Villaconcha Hotel in Port de Pollenca and they have a shop based in there. I was asked to forward our sizes and requests via the web site and everything couldn't have been easier. Arrived at the shop on the Monday and everything was waiting for us. Guidance was given on how to secure the bikes and the facilities available and off we went. The island is a cyclist dream so comes highly recommended. The bike was a Ridley Fenix Di2 and was flawless for the whole week. I recommend taking out the insurance for the piece of mind it gives. Came set up with the pedals of my choice, a free water bottle, a saddle bag with basic to get you out of trouble and also a Garmin/Wahoo head mount. What you waiting for? Get yourself out there and use Clips for hire. You won't regret it Cheers

Great bike rental @Port de Pollensa! The team was very helpful and kind, special thanks for Victor, with extra support on the grips and mounts for the camera ;). The hotel worked nice with the bike storage attached to the shop. Rented a Ridley Fenix 105 great for all the climbing at the Tramuntana, and also an e-bike for my wife, with a good battery autonomy. Highly recommended!

We hired bikes from Clips while staying at the Villaconcha Hotel in Port de Pollença, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. After emailing our sizes and preferences, paid the invoice, everything was ready and waiting for us when we arrived on the Friday. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering clear guidance on securing the bikes and making the most of the available facilities. Changed to a preferred saddle and swapped garmin mount for wahoo and we were good to go. This was the 5th we have stayed at this hotel and hired bikes from Clips. The bikes we hired this time were Ridley Noah, 1 sram, 1 shimano —were faultless all weekend. It came fully set up with Shimano pedals (extra charge), a free water bottle, a saddle bag with 2 tyre levers and a tube. Also highly recommend taking out the insurance for peace of mind—it’s worth it. We had a couple of punctures on one of our trips but a call on the number they provide and they delivered a fully set up rear wheel to Soller, a quick change and we were back on the road. Thanks again Clips. You definitely won’t regret hiring from Clips! The team are awesome! See you next April, get the booking ready for 8 this time.
