None is down at Port de Pollença. That makes the town a genuinely dense refill stop, and it makes the port, the Formentor road and the climb to Lluc places you should arrive at already full.

Not in this dataset. Every point recorded for Pollença is up in the town, so if your ride starts at the port or heads out to Formentor, fill before you go rather than expecting a fountain along the way. That road is long, exposed and has no public water on it.
Where is the best place to stop in town?
The old-town plazas and the streets around them, simply because that is where the points are and where you can get off the road safely. On the way up towards Lluc, fill in the town rather than at the edge: the points thin out as soon as you leave the built-up area.
