An experience carved into my soul like a champ’s name on a championship belt. Adrian didn’t just assist us — he elevated us. The man approached with a calm confidence, the kind you only see in someone who’s mastered their craft. His knowledge? Precise. His patience? Limitless. His service? Ferocious in the best way — like he refused to let us leave without feeling like absolute winners. Every answer he gave felt like he was throwing hooks of pure wisdom. Every recommendation landed with heavyweight precision. He made sure we understood every product, every detail, every benefit… and he did it with a smile that could disarm a raging bull.
