The shop owner personally delivered our bikes and fitted them. I then upgraded to a top of the line bike as I wanted disk brakes. The bike shop was patient and attentive to our needs. The bikes were high quality carbon road bikes. The staff were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this bike company for Mallorca bike vacations.

We hoped to have a sunny halfday biketour as we arrived in the noon to Mallorca but unfortunatelly I got a flat tire after driving for 10 minutes from rental. However, the spare tire couldn't be inflated, and after half an hour we discovered that it was punctured. We returned to the rental office explain the situation but the man completely ignored us. It didn't even occur to him to give us a discount after we paid all day rental fee for less than 1 hour.

We rented 2x Stevens Stelvio Race Alu in February 2019 for 11days. The bikes worked well and after 800 training km wasn´t any problem. The peoples in Embat Ciclos was nice and help us with everything and give us some tips about where to go
