Great bikes and service. We did a 300 km tour on e-bikes around Mallorca. And when we broke the spokes on 2 bikes, rental delivered new bikes to us. Highly recommended!

MINUS 5 STARS. Rented 2 clunky E-bikes. One stopped working in electic mode after about 1.0 km. BOTH had the innertube suddenly come off of the back rim at about 3.0 km. 90+ degree F (32+ C) and humid out. Called the store multiple times. No answer. Rode another bike from our group back to the store. Nobody around. Ended up driving my car to retrieve the broken bikes and drove back to the shop, where nobody was around still. Someone finally showed up, who spoke only German. Refused to issue a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Good range including Child seats and child size bikes too. I used a flat bar road bike which was well specc'd and well maintained. Didn't mind us swapping equipment round during our stay
