First time renting a bike in Mallorca. The VAS team made the whole process very easy and everything was executed flawlessly from pickup to drop off. The team was always available via WhatsApp. The bikes we rented (cannondale supersix evo with di2) were in top shape and we had no issues whatsoever during our 8 day trip. Would not think twice about renting from VAS during future trips.

The bikes we were renting was okay. But the day we should recive the bokes was not okay. I was told, I should recive the bikes between 9 and 11 in the .orning. 5 minutes past 8 I got a sms saying that I was not in the reception when they came with the bikes. One hour to early. I called the firm and they told me, that I have to pay one more Time, if they should deliver the bikes. That I have to do. When I should deliver the bikes I got a call from the firm saying that they would be there within half a hour. I had to wait nearly 3 hours in the reception before they came. It is not okay. I was hoping, after the long waitingtime, that the firm would pay me back, what I have pay extra but until now I havent got anything. Kurt Slabiak Denmark

- Helmet requirements for cyclists in MallorcaOn interurban roads a helmet is compulsory. Three narrow exemptions — long climbs, extreme heat, accredited medical reasons — still apply until 30 September 2026 and disappear on 1 October 2026. In town, only riders under 16.
- Bike lights and reflective gear required at nightWhite front light and red rear light from sunset to sunrise, in tunnels and in low visibility. On interurban roads a reflective garment visible at 150 m is required too.
- E-bikes: 25 km/h, 250 W, pedal-assist onlyEPACs up to 25 km/h and 250 W of continuous motor power count as bicycles. Faster or throttle-controlled e-bikes need registration, insurance, a helmet and a driving licence.
