As a first-timer with electric scooters, the service was excellent and very patient. It seems their strength lies in their mid-to-high-end range; don't expect to find cheap models. They have their own workshop, which is clearly visible. Very happy with the experience!

Super excited with my purchase at an amazing price and with a gift included! I highly recommend them. I give them 5 stars because even for scooter repairs they're super fast and affordable, with great customer service, speed, and they follow all the established COVID-19 safety regulations. Thanks! Today, I went by and was lucky enough to find that besides electric scooters and electric bikes, they also repair regular city bikes. Very cool! 👍🏻

- Helmet requirements for cyclists in MallorcaOn interurban roads a helmet is compulsory. Three narrow exemptions — long climbs, extreme heat, accredited medical reasons — still apply until 30 September 2026 and disappear on 1 October 2026. In town, only riders under 16.
- Bike lights and reflective gear required at nightWhite front light and red rear light from sunset to sunrise, in tunnels and in low visibility. On interurban roads a reflective garment visible at 150 m is required too.
- E-bikes: 25 km/h, 250 W, pedal-assist onlyEPACs up to 25 km/h and 250 W of continuous motor power count as bicycles. Faster or throttle-controlled e-bikes need registration, insurance, a helmet and a driving licence.
