It was fantastic to be a tourist ourselves for a change. Exploring Puerto Pollenca Mallorca by e-bike is a must do experience. The bike path is fantastic with stunning views the whole way. Max at Urbanape was extremely helpful and the bikes were really excellent. 🚴♀️🚴🚴♂️

Max was super helpful we wanted to buy 2 new scooters, and while we were waiting for them to be delivered he let us borrow 2. So lovely to deal with and had such a great selection of scooters and skateboards. Merci Max!

We rented mopeds from UrbanApe on two occasions and have nothing but positive things to say. The bikes and helmets were brand new and in perfect condition. Prices were modestly higher than other spots, but it was justified by the higher quality product vs others spots (which we also rented from). Added bonus that the owner was just an awesome person, he was a pleasure and made the experience even better.

- Helmet requirements for cyclists in MallorcaOn interurban roads a helmet is compulsory. Three narrow exemptions — long climbs, extreme heat, accredited medical reasons — still apply until 30 September 2026 and disappear on 1 October 2026. In town, only riders under 16.
- Bike lights and reflective gear required at nightWhite front light and red rear light from sunset to sunrise, in tunnels and in low visibility. On interurban roads a reflective garment visible at 150 m is required too.
- E-bikes: 25 km/h, 250 W, pedal-assist onlyEPACs up to 25 km/h and 250 W of continuous motor power count as bicycles. Faster or throttle-controlled e-bikes need registration, insurance, a helmet and a driving licence.
