- Bike-specific business
Alcúdia is a small cluster rather than a city, and this page maps each pharmacy we hold with its address, phone number where one is published and the opening hours recorded for it. Locations come from OpenStreetMap, ratings and hours from Google Places, and the date below is our last review. Whether one is on duty is a separate question, answered by COFIB.
Open now is one shop’s own timetable: the hours in its listing, checked against the current local time in Mallorca (Europe/Madrid). Where we hold no hours the listing says so instead of inventing a schedule, and a pharmacy can change its hours without telling OpenStreetMap or Google.
On duty is the rota — farmacia de guardia, in Catalan farmàcia de guàrdia. Which pharmacy covers the municipality on a given day is decided and published by COFIB, the Balearic pharmacists’ association, and that is what governs cover at night, on a Sunday or over a holiday. COFIB reserves its content, so we link the rota rather than copy it.
The town splits in two for a rider and the split matters. Up in the walled old town the listings sit in and around the centre, a short walk inside the gates — that is the end you finish at if you have come back over the Coll de Femenia or down from Pollença. On the Port d’Alcúdia side, the strip behind the beach and along the main road has its own, which is where you are if you are based in one of the big hotels or setting off along the bay towards Can Picafort and Artà.
The reason to sort it out in town is what surrounds it. Ride north and you are on the Formentor road; ride west and you are climbing into the Tramuntana; neither has a town with services for a long stretch. South across s’Albufera the next options are in sa Pobla and Muro. See everything mapped in Alcúdia for cyclists, or the island-wide picture at pharmacies in Mallorca.
A pharmacy is a supply stop, not a clinic. We do not describe what any of these hold, sell or advise, and nothing here is medical advice — that belongs at the counter. What matters on the bike is the line between an inconvenience and an emergency: a crash with loss of consciousness, a suspected fracture, heavy bleeding, chest pain or heat collapse is 112, and the details worth having ready are on our emergency contacts page. For the ordinary mid-ride problems, try public toilets in Alcúdia or the island’s water refill points.
The site is in Spanish and Catalan and has no data feed behind it, so open it on your phone at the moment you need it.

Use the map view and let your browser supply your position — the old town and the port are far enough apart that a ranked list is misleading. Each listing carries the address, the phone number where one is published and the hours we hold.
Check COFIB’s duty rota and filter to the municipality. We do not reproduce or cache it: COFIB reserves its content, and a rota one day stale is worse than none.
Read the hours on the individual listing, then confirm with COFIB’s open-pharmacies view or the duty rota, which governs cover once ordinary hours end. We make no claim about Sunday or holiday patterns in Alcúdia — check them at the time.
Locations come from OpenStreetMap, ratings and hours from Google Places, refreshed when we rebuild the dataset; the date under the answer above is our last review. Treat the hours as a strong hint and the phone number as the confirmation.
